Sal Gulino led a vibrant and expressive life, embracing new technologies throughout his career. After retiring from teaching, he ran a successful home-based graphic design business. He continued to actively explore the intersections of art, design and digital media nearly daily before his passing on July 12, 2025 at the age of 95.
He left behind a loving family, devoted colleagues and fellow artists, grateful students, countless admirers of his work, and over 200 paintings.
